**We are currently sold out of our Taste of the Town Cookbooks**
New Cookbooks coming in our 2022-23 Charity League Year

Since 1969 with the first publication of Taste of the Town, the Charity League cookbooks have been a favorite in Lexington. In 1977 three short sections were added to the original publication. This book was then replaced in 1986 with Taste of the Town - Second Serving. Over the years, the Charity League received many requests for a republishing of the original book, so in 2003 Taste of the Town was republished.

From Bourbon Balls to Walnut Pound Cake, Chicken Divan to Granville Brunswick Stew, Cheese Biscuits to Quiche Lorraine, there is something delicious for everyone. You can still find copies of the original republished Taste of the Town in shops in Uptown Lexington such as Conrad Hinkle and The Candy Factory. Or even better, you can purchase some of our homemade favorites in early December during Holiday House at the Shoppes at Holiday House.
